  Account deletion is available in Settings for eligible accounts. Withdraw available balance and wait for pending transactions to finish first—deletion is permanent.

• How do I add or change my withdrawal address?

  In Settings, add a crypto payout address and complete any verification step required. Withdrawals are only send to your saved address.

  Use Forgot password on the login page. Reset links go to your registered email.

  Change your password immediately, review withdrawal addresses, and contact support. Do not reuse passwords from other sites.

  Your username, issue summary, screenshots if you have any. This will allow our team to resolve your issue faster.
