Earnings, pending vs available

• Are there fees on earnings?

  The pay for each site visit is shown upfront. Withdrawals may include a processing fee and network costs; details appear on the withdrawal screen before you confirm. Withdrawal fees are charged by 3rd party payment processors and not by us.

• Can I move earnings into my Deposit Wallet?

  Wallets are separate by design. Deposits fund upgrades; earnings are for withdrawal. You cannot transfer funds from deposit wallet to earnings wallet or vice versa.

• Does indirect income from My Team go to the same wallet?

  Yes. Team commissions from employees’ visits credit your Earnings Wallet, subject to the same pending and available rules.

• What is “Available to withdraw”?

  Earnings that have cleared review and are not tied up in pending withdrawals. This is what you can request to withdraw.

• What is a “Verified Earner” or VIP withdrawal access?

  Some accounts qualify for expanded withdrawal access (for example, Daily withdrawals). This only applies to our Approved Agents and Partners in certain countries and regions

• What is “Pending review”?

  Earnings from recent site visits or other activity still going through verification. They are not withdrawable until they clear.

• What wallets do I have?

  For Earners the Deposit Wallet holds funds you deposit for account upgrades. For Advertisers the Deposit wallet holds the funds they deposit to use and buy Campaign Credits. Earnings Wallet holds money from verified visits, tasks, and indirect income from your Team of employees

• Where do I see lifetime earnings?

  On the Wallet page under lifetime earned and in your earnings statement / transaction history.

• Will pending earnings always become available?

  Legitimate earnings that pass review become available. Visits that fail validation or are reversed may not pay.
